Breath is life!  Our breath awareness, along with movement into and out of postures is a powerful way to still the mind.

At present, we offer a range of styles of Yoga classes at beginner and progressive levels, Ashtanga,  Satyananda and Yoga in Pregnancy, all aimed at helping you create balance, strength and harmony within yourself and your life.

Our experienced teachers will guide you through your practice with compassion and awareness of your individual strengths and abilities.
