So Breath is healing and restoring. So simple, so powerful
We learn to pay a great deal of attention to what our breath is doing . . .
Yoga gives us strength and flexibility so that we can enjoy our breath
and discover our inner life.
When we can breathe, we can sing!
That song may be our mantra or it may be any song that bursts from us,
in the shower, on the mat, on the street, in the bush, on the stage - where ever!
